  • Note ◊: AI can make mistakes. Every construction document set Blueprints AI generates is a draft for professional review: a licensed architect or engineer reviews, corrects and stamps the drawings before they go to the building department.
  • Note ∆: Prices, credits and demo deposits on this page are subject to change. The price on your signed order or invoice is the one that applies.
  • Note 1: Credits cover an estimated 1 to 3 full projects a month, depending on project scope. A full project is a complete construction document set from your design inputs. Larger buildings, more sheets, more disciplines and smarter models use more credits, and you can buy more credits at any time.
  • Note 2: IFC (Industry Foundation Classes), the open BIM format, so the model opens in the BIM software your team and consultants already use.
  • Note 3: DXF (Drawing Exchange Format), so the drawings open and stay editable in your CAD software.
  • Note 4: A 30-minute call with the Blueprints AI team: we go over your firm's workflow, look at your sample project and demo architectural construction drawings for single family and ADU projects.
  • Note 5: A 60-minute call with the Blueprints AI team: we go over your firm's workflow, look at your sample project and demo all listed disciplines: architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and interior design sheets.
  • Note 6: A call of up to 2 hours with the Blueprints AI team: we go over your firm's workflow, standards and design styles, look at your sample projects and demo all listed disciplines and Enterprise features, from a model tuned to your firm to a private server and local AI in your office.
  • Note 7: Most occupancy types under the International Building Code, except Department of Defense (DoD) projects, jails and prisons (Group I-3 detention) and slaughterhouses.
  • Note 8: Non-profits and NGOs: ask us about exclusive pricing for non-profit projects, such as affordable housing and community buildings. Contact us with your organization and project.
  • Note 9: Code coverage: Blueprints AI generates construction documents for residential (single-family, ADU, duplex, and townhouse), multifamily, commercial, and industrial projects across 200+ US jurisdictions. Documents are built toward the code editions and local amendments adopted by each project’s Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ), for review and stamp by a licensed professional. This includes the International Building Code (IBC), International Residential Code (IRC), International Existing Building Code (IEBC), International Fire Code (IFC), IECC and ASHRAE 90.1 energy codes, ADA and ICC A117.1 accessibility standards, ASCE 7, ACI 318, AISC, and AWC NDS structural standards, IMC/UMC mechanical, IPC/UPC plumbing, IFGC fuel gas, the National Electrical Code (NFPA 70), and NFPA 13 and 72 fire protection standards, as well as state-specific codes such as California Title 24, the Florida Building Code, and the NYC Construction Codes. Building codes outside the United States are available through fine-tuning.
